The catch
768Wh is a bridge—not a whole-trailer electrical system. Sustained heating, cooling, or cooking will expose the ceiling quickly.

The catch
It still needs open sky, steady power, and a service plan. Trees remain trees, no matter how clever the dish is.

Serious roof power without pretending surface area is free.
Why it made the fold
High-output rigid modules suit the Habitat roof system, where four panels can become a 1.6kW array and the structure is designed around them.
The catch
Large rigid panels bring real weight, wind loading, mounting geometry, and shade sensitivity. The rack is part of the product decision.

ECO-WORTHY
Two-battery Cubix100 48V bank
House-scale storage in a trailer-scale architecture.
Why it made the fold
A 48V, 10.24kWh bank gives the permanent system room for refrigeration, work, pumps, and ordinary AC life without living outlet to outlet.
The catch
Capacity is heavy, expensive, and only as safe as the enclosure, cabling, fusing, ventilation, and weight distribution around it.

One box where the power system wants a control room.
Why it made the fold
It combines inverter, solar charging, shore charging, and automatic transfer into a compact center for the Habitat electrical system.
The catch
All-in-one simplifies wiring but concentrates failure. Clearances, cooling, protection, and service access still need deliberate design.
06 / Water

33-Series pump + accumulator system
Small plumbing that behaves like real plumbing.
Why it made the fold
The matched accumulator smooths the flow, reduces rapid pump cycling, and makes a compact tank-fed system feel less improvised.
The catch
It pressurizes water; it does not make questionable water safe. Intake screening, filtration, sanitation, and winterization are separate jobs.

Ultra RV Water Filter with VirusGuard
The serious first line in a multi-source water system.
Why it made the fold
Its staged treatment belongs between uncertain input water and the clean tank, with optional reverse osmosis reserved for dissolved contaminants.
The catch
No filter is permission to trust every stream. Source assessment, cartridge life, freeze protection, and RO for dissolved chemicals still matter.

E-Track swivel wood-beam sockets
The hinge that turns cargo track into furniture architecture.
Why it made the fold
These sockets let removable wood members rotate from the wall system—useful for folding bunks, counters, partitions, and experiments that are not permanent cabinetry.
The catch
The connector is only one link. Beam span, wall anchorage, pin retention, bracing, and human loads must be engineered as a complete assembly.

Newhouse Electric
1-5/8-inch four-wheel strut trolley
A surprisingly elegant way to make heavy things move.
Why it made the fold
Standard strut channel becomes a serviceable rolling rail for deployable solar and modular trailer experiments—no proprietary track required.
The catch
Trolleys are designed for the channel, not automatically for a moving vehicle roof. Retention, uplift, stops, corrosion, vibration, and dynamic loads need separate solutions.
